Now Hiring - Trauma Medical Device Sales Associate in Virginia Beach, VA

The position is a 1099 sales associate role. The contractor would be responsible for helping deliver medical implants & instruments to the hospitals & surgery centers, available to attend the surgery as a product expert for the surgeon & their staff, and take some evening & weekend call.

Contractor will be responsible for the sales and service of medical devices and goods represented by MedCom Carolinas Inc. in the state of Virginia in the Hampton Roads Territory. Contractor’s title will be sales associate. The sales associate will take direction for daily duties and sales goals from the Territory Manager’s assigned territory. Occasionally sales associate will be required to provide service outside of assigned territory within the greater MedCom service area. Not more than two weekends per month sales associate will be required to provide on call services. Weekend call services will be paid extra at $75.00 per day with case coverage and 37.5 for call days with no service requirement. Weekend call starts at 6pm on Friday and extends through Sunday. Sales associate must notify territory manager with 30 days advance notice of any expected leave from territory.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
